Description Chromogenic enzyme substrate used for the detection of N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase activity, producing a blue-green precipitate following enzymic hydrolysis under aerobic conditions. The substrate can be used in histochemistry and in culture media for the detection of microorganisms.

To prevent deterioration, the product should be stored in tightly closed containers, under nitrogen, in a freezer or cold room at -20 degrees centigrade.
